• Turnkey Interior Solutions

All services are subject to project availability, feasibility, and mutual agreement.

Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations provided are based on the project scope discussed at the time of estimation.
• Prices are subject to change if there are modifications to the design, materials, project scope, or client requirements.
• Any additional work requested after project approval may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms

• A project may require an advance payment before work begins.
• Remaining payments shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Delayed payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services.
• Ownership of materials and products remains with Nexa Interiors until full payment has been received.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete every project within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to:

• Client-requested design changes
• Material availability
• Weather conditions
• Supplier delays
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Such delays shall not constitute a breach of contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information.
• Approving designs, layouts, and materials before execution.
• Making payments on time.
• Ensuring access to the project site during scheduled work.
• Informing us promptly of any concerns during the project.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, concepts, layouts, 3D designs, visualizations, photographs, branding materials, and website content remain the intellectual property of UrbanQube Interiors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Warranty

Where applicable, workmanship warranties will be provided according to the specific project agreement.

Manufacturer warranties for furniture, appliances, lighting, or other products remain subject to the respective manufacturers’ warranty policies.

Limitation of Liability

UrbanQube Interiors shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by third-party vendors or suppliers
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications after project completion

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project.

Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled before execution begins, subject to the agreed cancellation terms.

Once production, customization, procurement, or installation has commenced, cancellation requests may be declined or cancellation charges may apply.

Third-Party Products & Services

Certain materials, furnishings, fixtures, and appliances may be supplied by third-party manufacturers or vendors.

UrbanQube Interiors is not responsible for warranty claims, manufacturing defects, or service issues relating to third-party products beyond the applicable supplier warranties.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
