Since our services are project-based and customized to each client, delivery timelines and material arrangements may vary depending on the scope, size, design requirements, and location of the project.

1. Project Consultation & Design

Once you contact us, our team may schedule a consultation or site visit to understand your requirements. Based on the project scope, we prepare the design concepts, space planning, material suggestions, and other details required for your project.

The design and planning timeline will depend on the complexity and requirements of the project.

2. Project Execution

After the design, scope of work, specifications, and commercial terms are finalized, project execution will begin according to the agreed schedule.

Our team coordinates the various stages of the project, including:

• Interior design and space planning
• Material selection and procurement
• Furniture and customized elements
• Electrical and lighting work
• Flooring and wall finishes
• Modular and carpentry work
• Painting and finishing
• Installation and final execution

3. Material Delivery

Materials, fixtures, furniture, and other project components may be sourced from different suppliers depending on the project requirements.

Delivery timelines for materials can vary based on:

4. Project Timeline

5. Site Access & Client Responsibilities

Delays caused by restricted site access, pending approvals, changes in requirements, or other client-related circumstances may affect the project completion schedule.

6. Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Certain furniture, fixtures, décor elements, and interior components may be customized or manufactured specifically for a project.

Customized items may require additional production time and generally cannot be treated like standard ready-to-ship products.

Estimated timelines for such items will be communicated during the project planning or execution stage.

7. Project Handover

Once the agreed work has been completed, our team will conduct a final inspection and coordinate the project handover.

Any applicable finishing, installation, or minor rectification work identified during the final inspection will be addressed according to the agreed project scope and terms.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

UrbanQube Interiors will not be responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Government restrictions

• Supplier or manufacturer delays
• Shortage of materials
• Unexpected site conditions
• Labour-related disruptions
• Other unforeseen circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and provide an updated timeline wherever possible.

9. Changes to the Project

Any changes to the approved design, materials, specifications, or scope of work after project confirmation may affect the overall cost and completion timeline.

Additional work or materials will be carried out only after discussion and approval by the client.
